Sharing Our Ways

Our 8-week circle is to hold space for pregnant mamas and mamas and babies in their first year postpartum. Whether this is your first baby or your sixth, we welcome  you to join our circle where we hold space for you and build community. Mamas of all ways, babies, and wise women come together with the intention of embracing a gentle postpartum time. This is a safe circle where nurturing can truly be experienced by each mother and baby; where you can be open and vulnerable to share questions, tears, laughter, and fears. This is a place for learning, inspiring, and welcoming you as your own mothering artist. We only have space for 8 mamas and babies.

  • Time for yourself, for self-care
  • An opening blessing
  • Tea, water, and an organic snack
  • Wisdom from practitioners on a variety of topics
  • 24/7 access to our private online group
  • Social time to connect with other mamas

From time to time, we will have a visit from a wise woman; a local practitioner from the community who will share her knowledge, offering a much-needed resource during the postpartum period and beyond.

  • Nourishing meals for new mothers and babies
  • The importance of warmth for our babies
  • Celebrating the season
  • Stress relief in nature
  • How to create healthy home rhythms
  • Maintain your self care as a mother

The fee for our Spring Circle is a sliding scale. Why sliding scale? Those mamas who pay extra, offer a little more to those mamas who may need a scholarship to join. Thank you!

If you're interested in joining us, please complete the registration form.

A percentage of your fee will be donated to Apu Palamguwan Cultural Education Center (APC), a unique school that preserves the culture and lifestyle of a forest dwellers community in Bendum, Mindanao, located in the Philippines.
